Liberty Global extends Voicemail contract for five (5) years

Rotterdam/The Netherlands, January 10, 2023 – Livecom BV, a global Value Added Services solution provider, announced today that Liberty Global, a multinational telecommunications company, extends the contract for the PAN-European Voicemail platform with five (5) years.

Liberty Global is one of the world’s leading converged video, broadband, and communication companies, with headquarters in London, Amsterdam, and Denver. They have operations in several European countries under the consumer brands such as Virgin Media-02 in the UK, VodafoneZiggo in The Netherlands, Telenet in Belgium, Sunrise in Switzerland, Virgin Media in Ireland and UPC in Slovakia.

The extended partnership provides Liberty Global with one pan-European, geo-redundant voicemail platform capable of serving millions of customers across Europe and supporting the continent’s many languages and time zones. Additionally, the Livecom Voicemail solution has been integrated with IMS, enabling both fixed and mobile customers to use the same voicemail environment.

The Voicemail solution is part of the Service Delivery Platform of Livecom and is exceptionally flexible, facilitating multiple Domains, Class of Service (COS) definitions and offering more than a hundred different settings and options. The Livecom Voicemail is multi-tenant, multi time zone and multilingual and contains many standard features to facilitate integrations. It can be used for mobile and fixed (landline) subscribers.

The Service Delivery Platform of Livecom enables also other Value Added Services solutions such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Missed Call Alert and a OMNI-Channel Contact Center, which can be easily deployed to further expand Liberty Global’s new platform in the future.
