New release of the IVR Flow builder
Soesterberg, March 2019, A new version of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) flow builder. The IVR including Flow builder is one of the solutions which are available in the Service Delivery platform.
The IVR flow builder is a graphical web-based tool in which customers can easily create, change and active IVR dialogues. It contains many flow building block which enables customers to create any IVR dialogue they want/need.
The IVR solution is suitable for and already running at mobile operators, enterprises, fixed line operators, cable companies, virtual operators and MVNE platforms. Our IVR is easy to integrate into existing environments via the web-service building block .
Our new release includes additional innovative features such as:
- Fully new look & feel
- GoTo CCXML building block
Our current IVR customers will be upgraded to the new IVR flow builder for free.
